H&M Foundation.

OK, let’s start the big convincing campaign with a series of films for H&M Foundation. Each year a number of innovations that benefits future sustainable fashion wins the Global Change Award. So they needed films to present each winner. We created stories where each innovation manifests in an art installation out in the Scandinavian woods.

This is a reel cut of all five films. Dang.

I worked as an editor on this super interesting and evocative project, documenting the struggle, challenges, joy and craziness within an emerging soccer team in the north of Stockholm, Rinkeby United.

Airing on the major Swedish broadcaster TV4.

Spotify ‘Join the Band’.

Case number three to win you over. Spotify wanted to make a big, bold recruitment film to attract fun, creative and diverse folks to come work for them.

So we made portraits of cool employees and creators and made it big and bold. And beautiful.

Anyways, everybody loved it and everyone wanted to work for Spotify, so case closed I guess.

Follow Lorde.

While I worked as Creative Director at Spotify, we made a series of blockbuster films where we followed artists. The concept here was to manifest the “+Follow”-button in Spotify app in moving images, where we actually physically follow artists in their life behind the scenes, in a documentary manner.

This is one portraits Lorde in the beginning of her career.

This is Esprit.

Are you sitting down? This is a real banger.

If you’re into incredible docu-style lifestyle fashion films at least. This is a mash-up edit of a couple of portrait of influencers, urban planting, nature loving peeps that were all part of the “This is Esprit” brand campaign. We did a bunch of these, and they are equally amazing.

Lets see if you can spot one of the locations that was later used in the stunning tv show “Devs” (we were there first!).

Follow Phoenix.

Another amazing “Follow” piece for Spotify, with one of my teenage favs – Phoenix. Pretty great project overall, where we were given unprecedented access to the band during a 24-hour period on their US tour.

The original release of this little film is 17 minutes long, so I made a cut down for your eyes only. Email me if you want a DVD copy of the entire thing.

OK. My fingers are getting a little tired from all the bragging and comedy gold, but this is good.

Another H&M Foundation film - this time the brief was to create a manifest film for the launch of their “Now is the time” brand campaign.

I particularly love (even though the visuals are ground breaking as well) the sound approach in this project. The sound effects, music and spoken word voice-over, it all blends together into a modern masterpiece.
